Description:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and accomplished Sales Enablement professional to join our growing Commercial Organization focused on efficiency and effectiveness of the overall department. This is an opportunity to join a high growth company and help develop the go-to-market sales process for an innovative platform that is experiencing rapid adoption across all industry verticals. The person in this role will make a significant contribution in the company’s growth and future success.


The Director, Sales Enablement Leader will help coordinate the overall revenue operations of the diwo Platform.  This position reports directly to the SVP – Global Head of Sales and is measured by agreed upon KPIs, including the overall sales goals the organization.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Commercial Organizations participation in Go-To-Market planning and execution for new product initiatives to ensure products and processes meet criteria for effective sales rollout and client success.
  • Work with diwo Leadership to develop Go-To-Market plans and execution for various use-case and industry opportunities.
  • Work with the Commercial Organization’s Leadership to identify and execute on initiatives to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track campaign effectiveness to ensure KPIs are developed and met for various campaigns by leverage Salesforce and GTM analytics software.
  • Work with Analytics, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Technology teams to promote wider adoption and utility of strategic platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach.io, etc.)
  • Assist the Solutions department with the implementation of their thought leadership plans.
  • Work with divisions on process, communication and coordination with Sales.
  • Assist the Commercial Organization leads with special projects and client outreach.
  • Work with Global Heads of Sales on sales organization communication to determine frequency and format of effective communications to the sales organization.

 

About You:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of senior sales and client relationship management experience in similar roles.
  • Passionate about the power of technology to fundamentally transform the way enterprises function.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Industry 4.0: artificial intelligence, cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT) and digital transformation concepts.
  • Familiarity with leading Sales and Marketing Technology.
  • Exemplarily written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • A Team-Forward attitude, able to collaborate effectively with others and build consensus in order to reach agreement and solution to challenging problems.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
