We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and accomplished new business sales professional to join our growing Commercial Organization focused on selling to financial services Fortune 1000 companies. This is an opportunity to join a high growth company and sell an innovative platform that is experiencing rapid adoption across all industry verticals. The person in this role will make a significant contribution in the company’s growth and future success and own their approach to business development.

The Senior Account Executive, Financial Services will be responsible for industry and account strategies and the end-to-end process of new customer account acquisition of the diwo Platform. This senior level position reporting directly to the SVP – Global Head of Sales and consistently coordinating with the leadership of the firm on product development and industry needs. The position is measured by and expected to achieve all agreed upon sales goals for the assigned industry verticals and accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Within your assigned industry verticals or accounts, develop a strategy for targeting and closing new accounts using a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with the executive team in Sales, Products and Technology to incorporate the Voice of the Customer for product positioning and pricing strategy.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas based on corporate revenue growth goals.
  • Maintain sales forecasts for assigned industries and accounts.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage strategic sales plans for strategic accounts.
  • Measure and report results of industry and account sales planning.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineer teams to identify, engage, and acquire new customer logos.
  • Engage with diwo’s strategic partners at each account.

About You:

  • 5+ Years as an industry practitioner or consultant, followed by 5+ Years of Sales experience, either selling a disruptive product in enterprise software or as part of a major consulting firm.
  • Hard-working and strongly motivated individual with a strong track record of success, including consistently meeting or exceeding goal.
  • Passionate about the power of technology to fundamentally transform the way enterprises function.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Industry 4.0: artificial intelligence, cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT) and digital transformation concepts.
  • Exemplarily written and verbal communication skills.
  • A practical use of Sales and Marketing Technology to help automate sales operations for reporting purposes (Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, Vidyard, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel on a frequent and regular basis as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
